Andrew Winston’s journey to becoming a personal injury lawyer began more than two decades ago, when he received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Law School. As a bright, ambitious young attorney, Andrew Winston gained diverse experience in Florida personal injury law while working as a lawyer at two Florida insurance defense firms and serving as a partner at a top personal injury firm.

After spending more than a decade as partner at the Lawlor, Winston, White, & Murphy personal injury firm, Mr. Winston set out to spearhead a law practice of his own—the Winston Law Office. Today, Mr. Winston leads a team of top attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff, all dedicated to defending the rights of Floridians and their families.

The practice focuses on a comprehensive range of personal injury matters, including wrongful death, auto accidents, cruise ship injuries, and professional liability. Mr. Winston is committed to defending the rights of those who have been injured due to the negligence of others, working tirelessly to obtain fair and just compensation for them so that they have the best chance possible at recovering and being able to return to a normal life. Additionally, he believes that holding people and organizations accountable for their harmful mistakes makes things better for everyone by bringing safety concerns and inappropriate practices to light and demanding change.

Mr. Winston’s philosophy is simple: he wants to ensure that you receive the compensation you need to get your life back on track. Often, it is possible to make a favorable deal happen without even going to trial. Andrew Winston is admitted to practice before all Florida courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
